A Scuba regulator represents the most serious piece of life support equipment a diver will ever use. Failure of any critical components at depth can result in loss of air to breath, and this can ultimately lead to death. For the last 32 years we have taken breathing regulators very seriously, and think you should as well. In our global economy, the product quality of life support products (regulators, buoyancy devices, and instruments) can change rapidly along with their off shore OEM suppliers. Factory quality control problems, lack of customer warranty support, and the ability in obtaining non-defective repair parts has now become a serious issue with some imported equipment
providers including some well known, popular brands. Having to perform service and repairs on "new in the box" products from
equipment suppliers to insure the product is assembled correctly, has functional components, and is safe for our customers to use is NOT the way things should be done. After extensive technical research, customer feedback, and testing we have determined the European
Union CE type approval is not adequate. Therefore, we have upgraded our standards to the much more stringent ISO certified
manufacturing standards. We have already deleted several lines of life support products because we feel these products have now become substandard, obsolete, or non-competitive. Should you NOT find a particular brand or model scuba regulator your looking for NOT sold by us, there usually is a good reason. We don't want to put our customers at risk with substandard life support gear.
